Important Notice

Over the last 3 weeks we have emailed out notices to all clients on the Mandy Server. These emails were sent to notify all clients using ns1.rwhmax.info and ns2.rwhmax.info that those name servers were being deleted. We asked that anyone using those on their main account domain, parked domains, and add on domains change all of them to ns7.rwhmax.com and ns8.rwhmax.com where their domains were registered.

The last email that was sent informed all clients that as of May 17, 2008 at midnight that their sites would go offline until they changed to these name servers. If you are seeing this then you have not changed your name servers as requested and your sites are down until you do including all email.

When you have changed your name servers email sales@realwebhost.net with a list of domains you have changed and we will get the account back online. If you need help doing this email us at sales@realwebhost.net with the login details where your domains are registered and we will change them for you.
